exhibition details:
A. Fill in the "application form for exhibition" and stamp it with official seal, then mail or scan it to the Organizing Committee of the conference; the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 5 working days according to the payment notice, so as to confirm the location of the booth. After the exhibition fee is remitted, Please fax the bank remittance form to the organizer for easy checking; only after the organizer receives the deposit of booth fee can the booth reserved by the exhibitor be confirmed. The balance of booth fee shall be paid before June 8, 2021, and you are welcome to pay it in one time; otherwise, the organizer will consider it as abandoning the exhibition, and the exhibitor will withdraw from the exhibition halfway after registration, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the "exhibition manual" to the exhibitor. The manual includes information about exhibits transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangement, goods rental, etc. the exhibitor must fill in the relevant forms in the manual and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and 20% extra fee will be charged for double-sided opening booth;
